Ace of Trades is a small company founded by 2 people on the mission to help relieve homeowners from the unwanted stress of a faulty home. With a combined 15+ years of experience, there is no job Ace of Trades can’t handle.
We offer the service, communication and attention to detail of a small company, with the experience and professionalism of a big company.
Our Process
Initial Conversation
The main objective of our first meeting will be to understand your goals. What is the end result you are looking for. Are you upgrading or just repairing? Are you more concerned with the aesthetics or budget? We listen to your wants and needs and come up with a plan of action that best fits your budget.
On-Site Meeting
After our initial conversation, we set up a time to come look at the property. This is where you walk us through the house and show us all of your concerns. We will then investigate further to see if there are any other hidden issues lurking in the shadows. Once we have a good assessment of the situation, we’ll discuss all your options and what we suggest you do. In the end, its your call.
Detailed Contract
We will provide you a detailed contract going over costs & materials as well as the jobs to be performed. We’ll explain all the point on the list and address any concerns you may have. The price you see is the price you pay, no hidden fees or added costs, unless you make some changes.
Construction Phase
We will keep you updated on the project as it progresses. Open communication is essential to our process. If you have any questions or concerns for us, we are always readily available for contact by phone, text or email.
Clean Up
No one likes scrap left over after a job is done. We are very diligent in keeping the scrap contained and cleaning up after we are finished with the project. We then go over the work area multiple times making sure there are no nails waiting to poke your foot.
Project Completion
After triple checking all of our work, we have you perform the final inspection. We’ll walk around making sure everything we did is to your satisfaction. We offer a 1 year warranty on ALL of our work, and up to 10 years depending on the job.
